The guest house is located 100 yards from the main house. Both are available for rent, one without the other. The guest house is 1200 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The main room has a delightful kitchen that is open to balance off the living and dining areas. The charming decorations will make you feel right at home while enjoying the wonderful proximity to what the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer. Both properties are within walking distance of Los Olivos (only half a mile).

The Figueroa House and guest house were absolutely great. We had a wonderful time and couldn’t have planned a better way to all hang out together for the wedding weekend. Everything went well and there were no hang-ups.
