Designed for a solo executive or couple to escape the hectic pace of city life, this serene lifestyle is an easy getaway from Los Angeles (2 1/2 hours by car).

There is also a local airport for small charters and the Santa Barbara Airport is nearby. Casa Mon Amour is entirely secluded, yet just minutes to restaurants, gourmet markets, fresh food farms and several nearby wineries of Los Olivos and Santa Ynez.

The homes central courtyard opens to views of oak trees, deer, and at night, a galaxy of stars. The home was intentionally designed to mirror “five star” comfort, in the country. The sun drenched, 2,000 square foot kitchen/dining area is anchored by an eleven foot island with Caesar Stone counters. Off of the kitchen houses dual Fisher Paykal dishwashers, and farmhouse sink, to conceal clean up while entertaining. A replication of a “garde moucher” for food storage, a second four foot produce sink, and 5 burner stove, in the main kitchen are lit by large vintage chandeliers. The master suite features a King size memory foam mattress, wall mounted flat screen that can be viewed from the deluxe bed or Minotti’s love style couch. Large white glass door reveals the stunning master bath wardrobe, complete with a steam shower for two, a claw foot soaking tub, silver nickel fixtures by Lefroy and Brooks, and white marble floors. The master bath couture dressing area designed by Poliform is accented with Barbara Barry Collection fixtures.
