We had a great time this weekend, the house is absolutely beautiful!!!! It was perfect, what a retreat……… we hope to be able to use it again sometime…… I already have another girlfriend that is interested in possibly renting it out for a weekend this summer for a group of girls.

Just wanted to thank you for arranging our time at Rancho Maroma and tell you, not surprisingly, that we thought it was a magnificent property. Just gorgeous. The attention to detail is wonderful, and the views and sense of privacy unparalleled. Unfortunately, we visited during a heat wave, so we probably didn’t take advantage of all we could have done (we spent a fair amount of time just staying out of the heat!), but we got a sense of how lovely the Santa Ynez valley truly is.
I’m wondering who the interior designer was? Whoever it was did an impeccable job – I wouldn’t change a thing. I was surprised that a house that is so high-end would be rented as a vacation home. Happily surprised! I can certainly imagine coming back for a return visit, when it’s not so hot.

Completely breathtaking! I just can’t say enough about it! We had an awesome girls weekend and decided without a doubt we are going to return each year for an annual trip! The house couldn’t have been more perfect and the way you have everything set up and user friendly was incredible! The fact that we arrived Friday afternoon and never left the house until Sunday morning when we headed back to LA is a testament to how wonderful it was just to be on top of such a beautiful hill with everything we could have asked for! I apologize for the delay in response, I have been on business travel the past couple of weeks. Oh, how I wish I could be back soaking in the hot tub at Rancho Maroma at this moment!
I would describe our stay at Rancho Maroma as magical. It was a surprise 40th anniversary trip for my parents and they were blown away to the point of tears when we arrived. We hit great weather and spent the bulk of the weekend around the pool enjoying the majestic views and incredible sunsets. The property exceeded our wildest expectations, we never wanted to leave. We did manage to pull ourselves away from the house and pool and get out to visit Los Olivos and the surrounding area for a great meal and fun wine tasting. Thank you for a truly amazing experience. We would love to rent the property again (and again, and again) and have recommended Santa Ynez Vacation Rentals to ALL of our friends and family.

Rancho Maroma was a great choice for our group’s wine weekend in Santa Ynez. Situated in a lovely neighborhood of rolling hills and ranches, we were isolated enough to feel like we had really ‘gotten away from it all’ yet close enough to town and local vineyards that it was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. The house and surrounding grounds and vistas were gorgeous and the house was very spacious and private, just what we needed.

I want to commend you on the whole rental process, all were very efficient – from booking, contracts, to the perfect directions to the house. Love the attention to details on providing coffee, laundry detergent and plenty of large beach towels for the pool. The house and the views were spectacular…one early morning we even saw deers eating grass by the pool. We had some kids with us and they enjoyed the large grass areas. We’ll definitely return.

This is a great property with a location that is secluded and quiet. Terrific views! This is the second time I’ve rented from Santa Ynez Vacation Properties and both times the homes have been very clean. I’ve stayed in some vacation properties that haven’t been clean and it affects the experience. Thanks!!!
