Designed in the prairie style of Frank Lloyd Wright, this spectacular home is situated on a hilltop on 20 acres in the middle of the Santa Ynez Valley. Both the main residence and guest house are available to entertain any perfect getaway. The main residence has 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths. Beautiful furnishings complement the house’s design. The great room looks out onto expansive views and is connected to a lush backyard and patio for relaxing in the late afternoons. There is an outdoor spa and pool for lounging in the summer time.
The guest house is 1200 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The main room has a delightful kitchen that is open to balance of the living and dining areas. The charming decorations will make you feel right at home while enjoying the wonderful proximity to what the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer.
Both properties are within walking distance of Los Olivos (only half a mile). The location is ideal for Santa Ynez Valley vacationers as it is located within walking distance (only a half mile) to the charming town of Los Olivos. With plenty of restaurants, art galleries and wine tasting, it is impossible not to enjoy this private ranch and all it has to offer.

We can’t say enough about the Figueroa Mountain House. Our relaxing and invigorating Thanksgiving weekend with our family and close friends was fantastic. The warm, coziness of the house, the amenities available for our group to use so we could whip up scrumptious meals, the spacious surrounding grounds, wildlife, the outdoor BBQ and patio area, the unbelievable star gazing at night, the great biking roads and wineries nearby, and just the overall atmosphere of the area was truly welcomed. Can’t wait to go back.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful stay in the
Santa Ynez Valley. The Figueroa Mountain Ranch House was beautiful
beyond our expectations. I appreciate your quick response to the
minor plumbing issue in one of the showers. The plumber, Andy, got
in and fixed it while we were out site seeing and all was well when
we returned.
I hope to return again possibly next year with my sisters who have
