Los Olivos Charmer
The Los Olivos Charmer is a unique three story Victorian home located in the heart of Los Olivos. There are many areas for you to enjoy at this beautiful property all while situated in on the charming street of Grand Avenue. There are several “sweet spots” to sit and savor the views of the adjoining historical Montanero/Herthel fields, the distant mountains, as well as Alamo Pintado Creek, which runs through the gardens. The gazebo offers a quiet setting to view the creek and watch wildlife in the riparian zone. A very short walk to the small town affords the occasion to experience restaurants and wine tasting at its best, including the historic Mattie’s Tavern, which was a stage coach stop back in the day. Inside the home you can also experience a little history of the valley as you dine on pews from Old Mission Santa Ines, which celebrated its 200th Anniversary in 2004. The third floor is 1,000 square feet which is an added bonus!
The Los Olivos Charmer sleeps 10, while the guest house sleeps 4, with 5 bathrooms in all and plenty of room for sitting and relaxing on the porches or balconies or both.
There are 5 queen beds in the main house with 1 queen and 2 twins (king conversion) in the guest house.

We had a wonderful bachelorette weekend here. Loved that the house was walking distance to town and all of the rooms were super clean and cute. The only bummer was we spent an hour trying to get the DVD player to work only to find out the next day that it was never meant to be used by the renters. Hopefully they’ve put a sign on it now. The outdoor gardens were also gorgeous!

Wow! Your website built our expectations. Then you exceeded them in person! We really had a special time here while celebrating my 50th with friends and family.
