This historical cottage, originally the first blacksmith shop in Ballard at the turn of the century has been renovated into a professionally decorated shabby chic home.
Retaining its original charm by adding some local salvaged furnishings, this property is perfect for the ultimate getaway. Situated on a creek in Ballard, with a large backyard, it is ideal for entertaining or just private relaxation. The home includes several small herb gardens, fountains and sitting areas.
