Rancho Del Sol is situated on 220 acres surrounded by vineyards and historic ranches in an area of unparalleled beauty. Offering a maximum of privacy, the main residence overlooks a picturesque rural valley, expanses of rolling grasslands and hillsides of oak woodlands. Rancho Del Sol is located only minutes north of the quant town of Los Olivos (15 minutes by car) in the Santa Ynez Valley and 40 minutes to Santa Barbara.
The colonial Spanish style home was built with the highest quality craftsmanship. The great room offers a vaulted, open beamed, wood trussed ceiling and massive Santa Ynez fireplace. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, high end appliances, and large island with prep sink and bar stools for casual dining.
All bedrooms, dining room, family room, and kitchen have access to the outdoor patio, which overlooks the spectacular valley. In addition, the patio has a full service bar, ample seating, built in Viking BBQ grill and heat lamps.
